This is a lovely open restaurant located in the Caesar's Palace. We were seated in a large, comfortable booth adjacent to the bar. Our server was Chad and we just loved the way he explained the menu, describing the many dishes. My partner and I shared the Oysters Rockefeller. Six oysters, which were very good but perhaps a bit heavy on bread crumbs, nonetheless delicious! We were being a bit indulgent and ordered the wedge salad and were in love with the fact that the salad was a half of the head of lettuce! It was so wonderful with the blue cheese dressing and delicious lardons. We shared the Chilean sea bass swimming in a sage and brown butter sauce accompanied with luscious, tender butternut squash gnocchi. So amazing. We had a wonderful dinner and were so glad we chose Water Grill. Chad really made the experience fantastic.

I loooooove their oysters and the fact they have tattinger by the glass. I've been to Caesar's prob 25-30 times and can't believe I never knew/noticed this pace until the last year. I'm there every 2-3 months and will return. Amazing calamari too. Haven't had dinner yet but look forward to trying

This is my favorite seafood spot in Vegas! The service is excellent, the decor is cute, and the food is always fresh. The free bread they serve is absolutely delicious, and the seafood platter is always a hit. The chowder is tasty too. Highly recommend if you're in the area and craving seafood!

Located inside the Caesar's Palace hotel, this restaurant is beautiful, decorated nicely and has a great vibe to it. Rustic touches, and a wooden sea side feel. Ordered: Half dozen oysters - chefs choice Pan seared Chilean sea bass with mashed potatoes Black cod soba noodles Food was excellent, oysters were really good Service was a little slow but food quality made up for it Fresh sourdough bread too !!! 8/10 and I would return during summer Very quiet, but it was a Thursday night. Good mix of people

Water Grill, now in the spot where Spago used to be at Caesars Palace, has a great location and a vibe that's both elegant and laid-back. The dining room has a masculine feel but still feels inviting. I started with the Caesar salad, and as a bit of a Caesar salad snob, I have to say it was pretty stellar. The balance of creaminess and tanginess was spot-on. I could have stopped there, but I went ahead and tried the sea bass too. It was buttery and delicious, paired with some amazing handmade gnocchi. I was so full I couldn't finish it all, but I did taste my friends' dishes. The halibut with fresh corn was fantastic, and I'm torn between that and the sea bass for the best fish. My other friend loved her octopus too. For dessert, we went all out and ordered both the caramel bread pudding (with an extra scoop of house-made ice cream) and the chocolate espresso cake with fancy cherry ice cream. Both were incredible! Our server was super friendly, though I forgot his name. Can't wait to come back, whether for a date night or a small gathering since they have private rooms. Water Grill is definitely on my list for a return visit.

7/19/24 Party of 4 Dinner My fiancé, step kids and I did a staycation at a nearby property and then headed here for dinner. Absolute must try restaurant. No complaints on the service. Restaurant is nicely dimmed. We ordered: Lobster roll: 10/10, the lobster was tender and the roll was buttered to perfection. Lobster soup: 10/10, it's just the right amount of soup. Highly recommend it. Calamari: 10/10, crispy and it was served with 2 dipping sauces. Kids got grilled cheese and cheeseburger: nothing worth mentioning but they liked it. Drinks: Lemon drop: 10/10, made with Tito's vodka. Rosewood: 10/10, gin, lime, rosemary and grapefruit

My sister and made a reservation to eat here on our trip, and were not disappointed. We were seated super quickly when we arrived, and were wished happy birthday by the workers there (my sister and I were celebrating our birthdays early! They are one day after each other haha) Our server put a card on our table with employees names on it for our joint birthday which was a very sweet touch! Okay, to what we ordered. I ordered fresh Uni, and Tuna that came with rice and seaweed to make little wraps (my fav!) I used the uni in the wraps and rice as well, which I super duper recommend if that's the vibe you're feeling like! My sister got a white fish (it was recommended to her, but I forgot the name?) Unfortunately she couldn't eat is because she was feeling not so great from the club earlier that day, so she got it boxed up and ate it when we got back to our hotel room. And I'm happy to say that even after sitting in the takeout box for a while, she said the dish was super yummy and that she'd eat it again! On to the service. Our server Joshua was super helpful and nice. He gave us info on some of the dishes that were very popular, and always made sure we were doing ok. He went above and beyond for my sister though. We were telling him that she was not well, and that she couldn't eat her food, and as many know that feeling is BAD, and eating food nonetheless existing is hard haha he was so sweet and offered to bring her some peppermint tea, which was SO awesome of him. It helped her a ton, and she really appreciated it. If there was someone who deserves all stoplights to turn green, it's him lol Towards the end of our meal he brought out this mixed flavor cookie with a scoop of ice cream, a little cookie seahorse and a candle. It was very tasty, and I recommend if you want a sweet treat after your meal (it's a good size, so sharing is caring!) Overall a 10/10 experience, and I'd recommend to whoever is looking for a nice seafood dinner on their trip to Vegas

5 star. The best waitress ever Christian. The best crab legs and steak i ever had. It was fancy too and I'll never forget this place.

Want to start this review off by saying that Kristian helped us and she was AWESOME! Excellent service from her. The location is great, right off the escalators, so you can valet, walk a few steps and turn the corner and you're right there. The restaurant is pretty and has a cozy, intimate feeling, which is what I like about it. Food is good, but the service is really what puts this place up at the top for me. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are going to Caesars Palace!
